Check in experience was excellent. Good customer service. Easily accessible and nicely located. Good connectivity to all parts of kochi. Room was neat and clean with good amenities. The only missing thing was hot water and a towel holder in bathroom. Except for that decent stay and service. Breakfast wasn't served for the second day although it mentioned about complimentary breakfast.

Rooms are good clean neat very budget friendly don’t expect more 40inch tv have on room but i think only for show off not working at all staffs very good so friendly staffs breakfast is good and ambience really very nice clam i felt disappointed only about tv other thing everything is good
