Terrible Stay
neither a single water bottle was complimentary nor wi-fi. restaurant was 2 kms away and smelling room.

Average Stay
Hotel service wasn’t good. They were not giving even one water bottle in complimentary.they were taking extra charges for that, they didn’t provide any bathroom amenities except small piece of soap. T.V wasn’t working.

Need improvement
First upall Room was not Clean . I informed them for cleaning. Towel and things I asked them only provided. Toilet window Open without Glass.

bad experience
This property is not suitable for families. Essential amenities like towels, hand wash, and toilet paper were missing upon arrival and were only provided after three follow-up calls. Additionally, the presence of dogs near the entrance created an unsettling and unpleasant welcome experience. Considering we paid, it did not feel worth the cost. One last thing to add is this is not regular hotel.

don't book this hotel
Hotel denied my check-in at midnight around 2am when i reach there and called the property no one received the call even after multiple times calling. as my flight was late by 2 hours so i reach around 2.10am and there were dogs left at entrance inside campus so i could not dare to go inside to reception for check-in and property management didn't receive calls. I had to go and search for another hotel at early morning hours. So pathetic
