I Am not satisfied with this stay. The facilities or services were not up to the mark. The property was clean and the rooms were good. However, staffs were not well mannered.

Let me inform you people it's not a home just 2 lower rooms in a villa. Just two. The booking says 1 BHK with a view but the view is just another villa as the rooms are on the ground floor. There is no staff at your help. The hotel manager will not receive your calls. Caretaker can easily be rude and non-helpful. Its up on the mountains so communication is very difficult. No amenities. The caretaker also refused to provide water on arrival but later had to after complaining. Electricity goes off here but the caretaker will say I am away and cannot provide you emergency lights. In spite of all the issues the resort/hotel people charge hell lot. Not at all up to the mark and price is high. Don't go by the fact that they charge extra night. It is deceptive.

The property was good and peaceful. The room was comfortable and relaxing with all the modern amenities. The staffs were up to the mark. Suitable for everyone. It was my average stay.

Property was easy to locate. The caretaker was helpful. Cleanliness and facilities were good. I will recommend the property but the food should be more improved. Rooms were comfortable.

We went on bikes and we weren't informed of the Road conditions of final stretch. They were really bad and my fellow traveler fell down twice. When we reached the place, the contact person didn't arrive for fifteen minutes. We waited. When he came, he told us to drink tap water instead of providing drinking water. He didn't know anything other than Tamil, which was a problem. Thankfully, the rooms and decent and views are awesome. The restaurant on premises serves amazing food. Suggestion for management would be to improve the communication and support.

We were 6 people and we booked two 1 BHKs. The view from the room is breathtaking. You will surely enjoy the stay. It is far from Kodaikanal Town in misty mountains.
