Food is ok not great, airconditioner was not working, property is great, road is not good, service was good

1) road is not good towards property, 2) hot water not supply on required time 3) car parking not available 4) room towels not changing daily

Food services take 2 to 3 hrs. Even tea takes 45 mins. And rooms. Bathroom are dirty. And not ready to serve snacks even at 9 am though our was free breakfast. Ac has pungent smell when switched on. We used it at 27 degree. Blankets were not provided with cover and bad smell. Asked for simple bedsheet was not provided. The approach road to hotel is 1 km. With no proper road and were promised pick up and drop to beach however that was fake.

Good clean rooms, tidy bathrooms, good view from top floor rooms. Hosts very warm and welcoming. Local home made food and prepared according to preference. Good experience !

The property is clean and tidy. Net speed approx 30mbps was good, working from here was an awesome experience. The staff is hard working and cooperative. The food was really tasty, we tried both veg and sea food here. Sea and valley view from all our rooms was breathtaking, specially surise and sunset. . Will recommend it for a nice peaceful stay. A break from the busy life. Ladghar beach is just 5 mins away, it's one of the cleanest beaches. Mobile coverage is not that good, but we used whatsapp, skype for calls.
