Review Of Taki Sunrise

Locationwise Taki Sunrise is very good.Facilities are more or less okay. Food is also very good specially Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, but the evening snacks is not upto the mark. Price is also reasonable for middle class people. All the staffs are very much helpful and cooperative. The overall experience is very good.

Food, service & location were good but the quality of the room wasn’t at per with the cost.

Taki Sunrise is right in front of Ichhamati River. Serene view, clean ac rooms facing the river, friendly staff. Food is good, but primarily Bengali cuisine. A weekend well spent

It was a really good experience. Taki sunrise offers one of the best views there is. If you like quite, serene places then this is place to stay at taki. I didn't even feel like leaving. We stayed there for 3 days and had our breakfast lunch and dinner there only. The taste and quality of food was really good. The price range was quite cheap. very much affordable and the staff's behaviour was also nice and very polite.

The location of hotel is excellent.. The hotel service is average and at some times poor. Food preparation quality is good but they require too much time to prepare the food. We ordered food 2 hours in advance to make them serve at our time. The service boys are good but they are not professionally trained. In dining hall they served drinking water in small paper cups meant for serving tea (they do not have any glass). The phone in the room was not working. We had to use our mobile phones to order them or ask them something.

Knowing myself 68yrs and my wife 66yrs after booking through you, they alloted us in first floor with no lift facility. Even after request they turned down our request. *Location*: Top notch. You can enjoy river view from your room. *Food* : Good food with reasonable price. Facility : Not that great. Room quality is normal. Not that great. They don't even provide water bottles in the room. There is a common dispensary on every floor. You have to fill water by yourself only. Food delivery timings are not up to the mark. They take nearly 1 hour to deliver evening snacks. Also you have to inform about your dinner maximum by 7pm. No lift facility. Their intercom was not working properly. But the staff's behaviour was very good.

ALL FOOD ITEMS NOT AVAILABLE. THE "NO" LIST IS TOO LONG. MANY TIME'S THERE WERE NO WATER INSIDE THE TOILET. COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST IS POOR. IN SHORT AVERAGE EXPERIENCE

Everything is good as described about this hotel.It was such a nice staying at this hotel well behaviour of the staffs along with room service.The food quality is also awesome.And the location is also situated in front of the riverside which is mind-blowing.

Property loction- good. Obstacle free view of Ichamati river. Very close to rajbari ghat. Food service is also good.
