Terrible Stay
Hotel was nice but the staff were so rude, I booked my hotel through MMI and hotel staff was saying that they don’t have our booking confirmation even after sharing them SS and everything. They were not polite, friendly and not even helpfull, manager was also not receiving the phone call after trying several times. Bcz of that we were waiting in reception area for 2 hours without check in. Even the hotel location is not proper no hordings of hotel or arrows n all are located to guide guests. Seriously very bad experience.

they did not provide early check-in without 300 rs. it's really bad. this is my second stay but it's the last time because staff behaviour is also very bad.
