Stay is good, hotel is clean and staff is also good

Amazing property with all amenities and good services, all good experience with fully furnished prpprrty

Service and staff behaviour is very bad. They did not provide the complimentary breakfast as per the booking. Makemytrip hotel page lists so many amenities including kettle, refrigerator where none of there are available. Tv was not working properly. Quality of mattress is bad.

Good location, easy to find, clean room, service is not good. They don't allow swiggy zomato persons till your room.

Pathetic hotel, asked to pay extra amount during check in and on top of that denied to give a bill. Would strongly recommend to remove this hotel

Pathetic hotel and staff, they’ll ask you to pay extra amount apart from what is already paid through makemytrip during check-in. Then they will deny to give invoice as well.

Hotel room was good and clean but the hotel management charge 455 rupees extra than mentioned in the make my trip bill

They charged me 600 rupees extra when i went there to check in, since it was late night and it was just me and my mom we had no choice than to give money, the man is extremely rude. Also i could smell cigarettes when i entered my room, they hardly give one small medimix soap. It's still fine

My experience was marred by an unpleasant encounter with the receptionist. While the hotel itself has some positive aspects, the receptionist's behavior left a lasting negative impression. I expected a warm welcome, but instead, i received an unenthusiastic acknowledgment. Things took a turn for the worse when i was informed that there would be an additional charge for checking in. This came as a surprise since i had already made a reservation and paid the agreed-upon amount online. The lack of transparency and the abrupt manner in which the information was conveyed was highly disappointing.

Staff was very rude. I went with my brother who was just discharged from the hospital for dengue but they made us wait for a long time. Asked for extra terrif of ₹408 and denied check in before paying the amount. Didn't even provided any receipt for that amount even after asking multiple times. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room and even in the reception area. Didn't even provided drinking water in the room. Had to come to reception area to take water or had to pay for packed bottles. Denied visitor who was my sister only coming to check in on her brother's health.

Rooms also very neatly atmosphere also very good.

All the facilities they have mentioned are not available. Like they do not have any electric kettle in the room. They won't even replace towel daily. Few staff are well mannered but few are very rude. It is a basic stay, clean.

Had to pay extra as manager demanded, other wise threatened to cancel the reservations.

The room was very dark. No sunlight in the room. Bathroom was not clean properly. Mattress is not comfortable. Food was not good.

The stay was not good enough due to lot of smoking smell in the room provided. The area wise it is good but the hotel ambiance and some of the staff behaviour is bad. Also there is no proper mobile network and wi-fi connection. I would recommend not to suggest this hotel especially for families to stay until it is renovated or properly maintained. Due to these issues i had checked out on the same day from the hotel

Electricity goes off, borewell water, ac water leak, sometimes water does not flow late at night because someone forgets to turn on the motor

Rooms were clean and service was decent got every basic thing required, but only issue was the poor network connection even the wifi connection was pathetic.

Room are clean, well behaving staff. Good quality food. Situated in clean area and good power backup.

If you are a working professional, it's not a good fit. It should have a work table. Asked to change my room but the manager was over busy. Bedcovers and towels are substandard quality. They do co-operate in few things but overall satisfaction as a working professional is average.
