I booked Sreepathi Prayag . On the first day, I was allotted Room 308, which had several issues: the ceiling fan ran very slowly even at top speed, the AC sprayed water onto the bed, the toilet hanger was broken, and the toilet area had an unpleasant odor. I informed reception, and while they provided an air freshener, it did little to improve the situation.
Later, they offered a room change to the Prayag II building. The new room (FR3, images attached) was part of a 2 BHK setup, matching my original booking. The room was decent, more comfortable, and much better maintained than the previous one.
However, room service needs significant improvement:
Complimentary water bottles were provided only on the first day; afterward, I had to call reception each time to request drinking water. Daily replenishment should be standard.
Despite being a party of 4, only 2 towels were provided.
Dental kits were available only on request.
Room cleaning was not done during my 3-night stay.
Overall, after the room change, the accommodation was satisfactory in terms of space and cleanliness. Maintenance and room service need attention to enhance the guest experience.
Message for the owner: You have a great property with spacious, apartment-style rooms that provide a comfortable stay. By improving service quality and responsiveness, you can further elevate guest satisfaction and receive even better reviews.
