Bad service for lodge member very bad and ricepsnist is very bad. Very bad response is hotel management also

Room not clean,bathroom fully dirty,reception people not respond properly.Bad experience.

while booking there was mentioned as there was as balcony available in room but it wasn't there 😕

My stay was horrified, room was dirty and no proper facilities. Do not go by the photos they have posted. Rooms doesn't look same like in photos.

Ample basement parking space. Spacious room. A little unclean though. Ok toilets. Location is cool, walkable to bus stand and hotels and so on.

Nice room and feel good cleaning is best.

I am truly disappointed and struggling with my family in this room. Not able sleep due to bad smel and the worst restroom. From the room door , bed, tables & rest room just unacceptable. So I am checking out early morning 5.am. Request for the refund payment immediately. Thank you

Wonder full and nice stay nice ambiance city view It was a good experience, cool room staff, everything was ok, city side was easy to come and go, room abieance was okke nice, if I come here again, I will take a room here.🥰

Untidy restrooms. Could see bed bugs and happened to sleep on floor and checked out early morning. Really terrible experience

Please make some arrangements for geyser at least in the common wash room so that those who need to check out early morning can have got water bath.

Hotel atmosphere is good. But service is very poor coz in the night if power goes off there is no backup! we have to wait for power. It's too hot in the room
