    The rooms are big and nice also have all the amenities. I stayed for 3 nights. The staff is welcoming. The breakfast was decent. I used the pool too. overall it was a good stay. The surroundings has lot of open and green spaces so I liked that. which gave a resort feel. till development comes and takes that away. am glad I got to stay in nature.

Two single mattress were joined to make a double bed which makes it difficult to sleep comfortably. 3. Minibar (snacks in room) are charged almost double the actual price. 4.     1. Rooms are spacious and good. Nice views. Comfortable amenities. I stayed in #205 in nova 2024 2. Resort ambience is very good. I loved working outside in the shaded huts in the mornings. Morning partial sun, nice breeze, 5g mobile connectivity, work immersed in nature/bird sounds, some butterflies 3. Shower area water exit needs to be much improved. Every time after shower i had to call housekeeping to mop the excess water off 4. Borewell water is supplied untreated to the taps/shower. Leaves a bad taste in mouth. Every time you rinse or use the taps you will not like it. They must immediately put in a simple water treatment plant 5. Food was good. Service was courteous. But gatekeepers need to be trained on how to interact with guests coming to restaurant and hotel stay. They are untrained, shout and call you behind your back, direct you to the rooms even when you want to go to the restaurant as you come in overall: a satisfactory stay. Pleasantly surprised to see such facilities coming up in silchar. The infrastructure put up is already very good. A little more attention to aspects mentioned will make it a memorable stay

    Very bad service. Will never at sagorika again

    They didn’t provide 60% of service and facilities, which is mentioned in immunities while booking for this resort. We stayed 2 people but they give only. 1 towel like this they provide only 1 pis rest of the things for 2 people. Stuff of the sagorika resort also trap us to loot some extra money while checkout.

    room was good enough space clean staff were also good helpful… only thing is that the restaurant was far from the hotel and they off the light by 9pm of the passage fron hotel to restaurant so it is difficult …and the swimming pool was not maintained dirty water with flies and all rest everything was good
