Rutugandh Homestay is a good property for a family stay. The rooms are big, well-maintained, and hygienic. The property is easily accessible and has a beautiful view at sunrise. The host is cooperative and friendly. Homemade food is available and the preparation style and taste are really good. The property is in the midst of Wai, so you can tour around the nearby places like Mahaganpati temple, Dham Dam, Menavali, and Nana Phadnvis Wada. The property provides a homely feeling and is close to nature.

Good Stay
It was a good place to stay with family. Though there was dust on all beds. The cleaning was average. A bit complicated to find the exact place. The host was good. Had an overall good experience. Good for a night stay only.

Rooms are good with private terrace but the owner charged us with 300rs extra for cleaning which is not mentioned while booking

We are happy you liked the stay with us. Actually ma'am cleaning fee is already mentioned while booking & it is confirmed in the voucher sent to you. That every guest needs to pay a Rs.300 cleaning fee ( Non-refundable ) at the property per stay & it is applicable to all the guests. Actually the purpose to collect this fee is, as stated by you the rooms are good to keep it always good/hygienic for the next guests we undergo deep rigorous cleaning of every room/place after check-out as we don't compromise with cleaniness & hygiene standards. We do take an additional fee but it is for the benefit of the guest. Kindly once again have a look at the booking confirmation voucher sent to you, I hope it will solve your concern.
Stay was good but needs improvement
Location is easily accessible. In a home stay, one can expect daily needs e. G. Kitchen tools like cups, knife, utensils etc. Those were not there. We required to ask for these then we got it. Washing machine was not in good condition. No napkins, towells, glasses were provided. If you look at all above and compare the price for 1day 3200 then it does not make sense for it.

Sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused, we regret you not having an excellent experience at our place amidst customer satisfaction is our top priority and we thrive for the same. Our tariff is economical compared to other competitors, but we do get, you are unsatisfied due to utensils not available at the time albeit we do not provide towels or napkins. As per record you booked an Extra large 1 BHK with terrace for 4 Adults & 2 children for INR 2686 + taxes and platform charges. DATED : 29 Dec.2023 - 30 Dec .2023 ( Check - out ) Midst little bit acknowledgement of other facilities, rooms; etc in written would have been appreciated. We again apologize for the not keeping up as per your standards. Thank you!
