Eminence hotel is good, peaceful area.

Location was not good. Service was good. Rooms were clean but other then rooms the whole hotel is disappointing.

Room is very dirty. Room is to small. Hotel staff service very poor. No warm water on morning, 3 times changing room. Bad location on MMT, photos is wrong.

It was a very terrible experience while staying in the hotel or I would say Dharamshala, pathetic service, dirty infra, rude behavior, costly food with zero quality. We went to Mountabu at new year. Given pics are taken by some professional photographers, but in reality, it is not a hotel it is some type of Dharamshala. They are fooling people with these flashy photographs. Hotel was a total mess, very conjugated rooms, hot water is till 10 am only, electricity cuts, expensive food, rude behavior of hotel owner, provided room at 1.30 pm as per them it took 3 hrs to clean a room and at 10 am they will ask you to leave the hotel, owner will not listen to you , his words are itne peso mein itna hi mil paege. The photos of hotel are taken in such a way that the view and the balcony area appears to be good but in reality there is a small balcony and the hotel is located on the road with no good view. Also the location is bad it is far from the market.

This hotel was pathetic. Not at all how it looks on website and pictures. Far from main Abu location. No hot water during day. Only between 7 to 10 in morning. Breakfast not served before 9. Not even bread butter. Room so small that you keep hitting bed which has sharp edges. No dustbins in room. Room not worth. Cheaper than a OYO options. Was so disappointed that I can not explain in words. It was not hotel but a lounge with clean bedsheets. Located in isolated area were nothing is available around.

Easy to locate and average facilities.

Food service is good but too costly. They mentioned they have 24 hours running hot water but they refuse after 10 am. If you have kids with you then you need hot water anytime.

Amazing not very peaceful. Bathroom was very spacious no room was good too. All the facilities were up to the mark.

We already talk over call the facility were poor. The property was not same which I showed in the images.

The Stay was excellent at Eminence - Budget Stay By Palm Residency (1. 2 Km From Nakki Lake).

Worst stay ever. No facility is given. Charges are too high.

Poor cleanliness, dirty wash room

The service was average. Not exactly same as in photos. Very disappointed as the water bottle was sold to us by them at high cost. Wifi not works properly in rooms. Although the location was good and rooms was clean.

It was not Worth hotel that I booked

One of the best stays I have ever had. Amazing rooms. Amazing staff amazing everything. Highly recommended
