Review Of Polo Heritage Resort

Poor Experience – Not Worth the Price Very disappointing stay at Polo Heritage Hotel. No room service for 1st floor, not even drinking water—staff told us to buy it from a nearby shop. Room and bed quality were like a ₹1000 lodge. Small bed, basic setup, and even breakfast was chargeable. Not worth the name or price.

Bathroom is ok, sweemming pool is not maintained, no shower facility, poolside washroom are dirty, lot of plastic waste in sweemming pool, no mosquito repellent in room breakfast is ok,

Ever since we visited the resort there was no availability of staff on reception. Issues related to room during check-in - stained bedsheet and quilt - dirty swimming pool - dirty rooms, cleaned after request only - water, toiletries and towels provided after request. Not at all happy with the kind of services the resort provides. Food was good.

Excellent location and amenities. The food though is not great. Better food options and quality would have improved the stay experience

Location and view from room is excellent swimming pool good and well maintained food-tasty and economical but real problem is with rooms. Rooms look like it belong to cheap hotel rather than a resort. Shabby, uncleaned, extremely small, no wardrobe, no basics things like water bottle, towel, soap and other things. Tv never worked(they don't recharge it, ac was not cooling well, you have to call service person every time, sometimes he dont even turned up. Bed is really small (not a king and queen side as mentioned) with dirty covers. No kitley and any hot beverage material. Two chairs but covered with dust yes we paid around so we were not expecting 5 star services. But it missed to provide basic hygiene facility.

Food is okay for polo heritage resort but ac was not working in summer it self. Wifi is not provided. All over service is good but fecility is not given properly. I won't recommend to anyone.

There was no food available for dinner. Only option given was for 1 sabji.

Location, hygiene and safety wise hotel was very good. Hotel is located close to polo forest limited options available for food

Room is very very poor according to what i am paid. Extra bed is very costly. I am sure i will not recommend to my friends and group. Foodnis very good.

An indifferent, uncourteous reception, no room service, no tea bar in the room, most light points unfunctional in the room. Morning tea was made available at 8:30am which is too late for a jungle resort. The food was good in their restaurant. Location is lovely, balcony with the rooms was a good feature, with beautiful view. Overall a highly over priced property.
