Review Of Oaks Residency

I planned this family trip around Bekal as a central point for stay. Thus the selection of Oaks Residency was obvious for its amazing location and reviews showing its fresh facilities. Staff were very attentive and courteous. Food is nice around the hotel. highly recommended.

Property is near to the bakel Fort entrance. Stay and room facilities are excellent..food is available at nearby restaurant named apple...but food is average... Highly recommended for families...

Clean and well maintained property on the old Panvel- Edapally highway . Just 2min walk from bekal fort and close the Kasargod beach . property has a safe and clean parking area. just adjescent are many eateries ( specially non veg ones) Staff were courteuous and ordered breakfast of our choice from a nearby hotel. There is no in house restaurant.

The stay was pleasant, location perfect for those visiting bakel fort and the beach is walkable distance from this location. There was no inhouse food but the restaurant on the ground floor has enough and more options available. All the standard amneties was provided and I found the dental kit was an extra surprise. The service was also very fine.

bathing soap if u want stay there pls bring bathing soap with u,and also towel also,it's very bad experience in my life

The hotel room was big, but very strangely they didn't have a window in the room. So we always have to run the ac to stay in the room. Now since i stay in bangalore we are not habituated to stay in ac for the whole day. This was very suffocating at times for which we have to keep the main door of the room open to get some fresh air. One more surprising thing, mmt has not mentioned this point in the description of the hotel, which i think is a very big drawback of the hotel. I would like to rate mmt as bad for not bringing up this vital issue.

Rooms are clean. Location is very close to bekal and redmmom beaches. Value for money.

The service is very poor. The boy over there did not come to help in loading the luggage inside the car while returning. Even nobody came for nearly 5 mins while we were uploading at the time of arrival as well.

It was an excellent stay. Very clean and very spacious room. It is infact a partitioned like room as bed space and dressing side. Good and neat. Very accessible to many hotels nearby like AFC, other restaurants, Thatu kada etc. Only 450m walk to Bekel Fort. A calm and peaceful stay away from city traffics and stress.

very good place to stay ,it's very near bakel fort, only I have seen that morning breakfast issue.. because they don't have any restaurant in the morning...but this problem is solved...we can ask to arrange the breakfast...they will give me good breakfast on morning...thanks to them...they are very friendly staff and on that room I got coffee kettle....so I am very happy

We had a great stay in oaks residency. The room is massive. The location is walkable distance from bekal fort. Surrounded by good restaurants. My family enjoyed the stay and this property will be our default option for future visits. Highly recommended for families.
