Poor Stay
The cottage looked nice from outside, inside was a Very small room, smell of paint, restaurant didn't have a proper seating and it had a very foul smell... there was no exhaust fan in the washroom and had to make repeated requests to close out that opening since there were high chances of insects, lizards etc... getting into the room. To our surprise there was no buffet breakfast... one can order only one dish one time as complementary breakfast... that was pathetic... no proper parking space for vehicles also.... Overall a very disappointing experience

Find property on internet. Room service is not available. Food in affiliated restaurant in good but service is not up to date. Book this property in peak season. You might feel haunted if you only have booking in cottage. Overall experience is good. cleanliness is also 4/5.

Terrible Stay
Stay was denied at check in hotelier told that you have made booking in very less price so you will have to pay 10000rs extra and then after discussion we were black mailed and given very shabby rooms and after the negotiations we have booked 2 room for 4 night which was converted to 3 night and we had to check out in 3 night fourth night was wasted inspite we have paid for 4 night very bad experience from hotelier and make my trip

The room was not clean, no housekeeping were available to clean the room. Toiletries/high tea were not kept ready, curtains and bedsheets very dirty overall we had an average stay at mariners bay beach resort.

Stay was very good, only thing is they didn't had toilet tissue rolls and there fridge was not getting cool. Otherwise its good place to stay with family even there good was very good

Terrible Stay
Room was very small and unhygienic and durty. It looks like chawl. Food was not good. Electric cattle was dirty. Overall very very bad experience. Don't even try it

Not advisable, worst experience
familyHighly disappointed with the quality of the hotel, i regretted booking this hotel as soon as i reached. The rooms were smelly, you will find insects in your rooms and beds, cockroaches will land on you while you are sleeping at night, disgusting room. Management doesn't pay any heed to your concerns they are least bothered. Room tariffs are huge compared to the quality provided. Please avoid this hotel.

Terrible room
businessVery much terrible stay of my stay, showing too much but have nothing. They are showing pics of cottages and given me room, very much unhygienic, so much garbage just in front of the room, they are not cleaning room even after my request, not changed bedsheet any of the 6night stays. The receptionist is very rude, when i told her that i will not stay if you give service like that, her reply was ok you can leave. Must think 10times before booking this resort.

Very good facility near the beach.
Property is located near beach which is around 5 minutes walk. Property does not have sea view but you can go to beach by walk, nearby market, food etc facilities are very good. Pet is allowed, car parking is present, room are clean and tidy, with hot shower facility, and western toilets, i will recommend this property to others in that budget it is very good. Amenities are good. Staff is good and cooperative.

Stay was decent. Could have been better.
Some of the mentioned amenities were missing not working. Ex. Wifi. It was okay for just a single night stay but a prolonged stay would have been difficult.

it was an average experience
familyLocation is good. Close to beach and cafés but property had some issues with bathroom overflowing and AC broke and late room service

A family cottage with all the necessary facilities is available in the rooms. Clean rooms with very helpful staff.

Average experience but helpful staff.
familyBooked for 3n4d. Wooden cottages are ok for couple. Not fine for even family of 3. Bathroom is spacious. Need to wait long time for hot water. Property is 2-3 minutes away from beach. No sea facing view from any of the cottages. Caretaker noy is always there to assist. All staff is polite and ready to help. Property needs modern amenities. Biggest plus point of this property is mezzo kitchen n bar restaurant. This restaurant is the best in arambol area and plenty of options to serve.

Nice cozy stay near the beach
groupLocation right next to the beach (not beach front though. Rooms are nice and clean, good service and food. The restaurant upstairs is nice and hosts parties. Only disappointed was that there is no breakfast buffet, they only provide you with a breakfast menu with "choose any one" option.
