It seems that the selection and approval criteria of the Hotels at MMT is faulty, whereas baseless and rigid policy are made and followed in the strict sence , which is anti customer
It seems,Customers like me who makes full advance payment by placing trust on MMT are fooled and left at mercy of the hotelier and making a shameless statement denying the refund with great proud
Will try to explore all the possibilities to file a complaint against MMT with competent authorities as advance payment has been issued to MTM and tax invoice has been generated by MTM
I am highly disappointed on becoming a laughing stock on rejecting and leaving the hotel under the impression that appropriate action would be taken by MTM
