The only positive thing about this hotel is the location, it's right in the middle of town. Everything else was disappointing. We booked a Premium room expecting it to be spacious , but it was actually small and congested. This was a struggle since we were staying with our toddler. Even worse, the bathroom was unhygienic and noticeably unclean. This was our biggest issue. The rooms are also not child-friendly, with plug points and wires exposed right on the floor. For the price, the breakfast was a joke; it wasn't a buffet, and you could only choose from three items. Overall, the stay was below average and uncomfortable.

“Average Experience at Le Valor Hotels, Ponnani” I stayed at Le Valor Hotels by Crezenta in Ponnani recently, and overall, the experience was underwhelming. The location is decent, and the parking area is spacious, but it felt quite shady and could definitely be better maintained. One major inconvenience was the elevator—it wasn’t working during my stay, so I had to climb four floors to reach my room. The hotel lobby was just about passable, nothing impressive. I had booked a premium room, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the label. The room lacked the quality and upkeep you’d expect from a “premium” offering. Overall maintenance was poor and well below standard. I didn’t try the food, so I can’t comment on that aspect. In short, this stay was disappointing, and I’d rate it around 2.5 to 3 out of 5 at best. There’s definite room for improvement.

Room was not clean, lot of hairs was there in the floor and bed. Bathroom was also same. Food was not there.

Room was clean room and staff behavior is so nice and friendly... I loved it🥰 The hotel food was very nice also.

We stayed there for one night. Room was huge, almost like a suite room. Clean & tidy. The only problem was the room was not sound proof at all, it was raining & the sound from other rooms are so much audible. There is no restaurant in the hotel, so that they'll connect with the nearby tie-up restaurant & serve to the room. We're three, so that we took an extra bad, that was not that comfortable to sleep. Better they replace that with a better option. Even they didn't gave any towel or toiletries for the 3rd person. Over-all good property, worthy for the money paid.

The stay was wonderful. Thanks to mr. Saatya, mr. Jithin, ms. Ambilli, mr. Salman, mr. Nikhil. They made the stay wonderful.
