Review Of Hotel The Grand Pritam

Hotel is situated in a shopping complex with poor hygiene no cleanliness at all , rooms are very compact and suffocated with bad smell , hotel was booked with breakfast but hotel staff has no provision of it upon asking options they say in morning it can not be arranged and they also prefer to give only one item as breakfast order they try to convince on cheaper items , gyserr of bathroom is operated from reception each time you have to call them to open , water is given normal bottles no mineral water or packed sealed bottles are given , overall the it is a poor show

Bad rooms, unhygienic torn bed sheets ac not working bathroom door not locking

Location was OK, Despite paying for breakfast, it was not provided service was poor

OK and not fulfilled requirenment by owner as per ciustomer comman need. There in Gizer not working, Cleaning is not proper, Not provide Good Water etc.

Everything will be good ambience but airconditioner is not working properly
