Review Of HOTEL SITARA GRAND

I stayed with my family for a day. The blankets and bedsheets are used, they are not clean. I could clearly see the dirt on pillows and stains on the blankets. Myself and the family were uncomfortable sleeping. And also breakfast was not provided. Location wise it is good, but cleanliness is lacking. I request the MMT to look at this issue.

wonderful stay, hotel is well maintained and hygiene. can stay safely with family. staff is very polite. Food also very good.

Stay was worse. They gave used towel, used bed covers, non working air cinditioner, poor customer service. Those are from hotel sitara grand! visakapattinam

1 rooms were pathetic & stinky 2 washroom is disaster very unhygienic 3 room service minus zero. Morning i ordered coffee i called 3 times they said sending and in the end after an hour they are saying we don't have coffee powder. Total lost of money it's not worth for single room where we paid so big amt they dont have table to eat food we need to eat on bed.

Problem during check in as they have not recieved the payment which made me to wait for long time

Heat water was not working and when we turn on a/c in day time room will get cool but in mid night a/c will be on but room will not get cool
