Room - 2/5, Washroom - 2/5, Staff - 4/5, Linen - 3/5. Room is small, Air conditioning did not work, Building is old so Washroom doesn’t have central hot water supply but instead geyser so you have to wake up and switch it on and wait for some time. AC did not work as expected and temperature of room remained 31 degrees and humid with stickiness. Staff is nice. Breakfast is not buffet but instead set combos and it will be prepared on spot after you order. Surroundings of hotel are very poor and unhygienic with waste dumps just outside hotel.

Dear Mr. Jain, we sincerely thank you for your feedback and we appreciate the same. We are extremely sorry for you had certain discomfort during your stay. Though it was for a day, had you informed us about any of the issues we could have immediately taken a preventive step to ensure your comfortable stay with us. You booked a basic standard room and that kind of room was allotted to you but we also have deluxe and executive category which are of course bigger in size with higher tariff. The room which you stayed in, has been allotted to multiple guests after you checked out and no one addressed of any inconvenience with AC or geyser. Further we got those checked by our inhouse electrician and we could not trace any problem. Still, we apologies for the inconvenience caused to you and we are sure to make your stay more pleasurable during your next visit!
