Review Of Hotel O Kailash Inn

We were not even given accommodation in mohan villa and were told that there is no hotel by the name mohan villa. We were charged rs 1200 extra

Didn't allowed Checkin even having ID and booking confirmation on the pretext that the Hotel is full and transfered my booking to some other hotel and it stated that Hotel doesn't received any payment and Hotel and the customer care didn't resolve my issue. they also stated that the said hotel is different and they have put this location. this is serious cheating and fraud on the part of the hotel or the management. how can mmt accept this hotel being listed when they have put some other hotel's location.

Totally to me, they are denied my lowest booking which was is done. They said we are not taking any online booking, if you want stay then you have to book immediately off-line with the tarrif of 1750 per night. I am was in very awkward situation i tried to call customer care but unfortunately not get any satisfactory solution. Later i am forced by situation to book offline in the same hotel. I didn't get any refund because this booking is non refundable so i didn't feel to cancel my booking. Regardsmanav

I need my money back. Because they charged there. I had paid again more money compare to my booking.

Hotel din't gave me room for this booking and please refund my money. Make my trip is doing terrible business

I booked that room at ₹ but after reaching out there the hotel reception charged 1800₹ at check-in they told me that my ₹ will be refunded in 72 hrs but till now I don't get my refund. hotel room was not worthy no dressing mirror, no telephone, no table even there is no bucket and mug for bath in bathroom for hotel facilities. I will never recommend you to stay there. many other better options are available in the market in such price range. I m not satisfied.
