Not at all good for what over purposes
It's a new OYO and situated very remotely. Auto rates in Puri are Sky high so even if you save some bucks renting this cheap OYO, you will lose your savings while commuting. Additionally, you will be trading your security while booking this OYO due to it's physical location.

Nice stay
Hotel is slightly far from the main Beach. But hotel staffs are comparative and nice.
