Review Of Hotel O Crosswinds Residency

The stay was ridiculous They did not clean the room and washroom even after complaining No electricity the whole night Fan was also not working Bed was so uncomfortable Firstly when we visited the receptionist denied to give us the room even after I have booked it. They did not even allow my friends and family to meet me in the hotel I had to check out in the morning because of the ridiculous behaviour they were not even available at the time of check out I called them so many times but got no response I will never suggest anyone to visit there.

Mm t costumer care was not supported, room and bathroom was too dirty.

The room was smelly! Bathroom was pathetic. Overall, pretty below average experience

Not good as expected as its quality

Mouses in the room, AC was not working properly, bed was not in good condition, towels are not there in the washroom.

Bad sheets pillow cower not clean lots of time call in reception but he saying laundry man not supply laundry.

Not a good stay for business traveler. No room service. Reception not responding. Deserted hotel and clumsy room. Not recommend.

Hotel didn't provide me a towel and could not even provide me with a glass to drink water.

Affordable room, good for just staying, don't expect more facilities or aesthetics. Good for budget travelers. Hot water available. Drinking water was provided but not sealed and the caps were dirty as if they were used several times. Linen were not that clean. Not for families.

Worst experience, 1st the name wasn't displayed, searched a lot then found. Staff told that its in residential area so we cant display. Then they took me to near by hotel as they didn't have vacant room, where room was untidy, stained bed sheets, full of mosquitoes and few flies. Window was broken some where and cold wind was entering in room, was room was stinking, and seemed as staff was using the toilet, stained stinking pot. No water was provided, and even didn't get the room key. When complained then desk guy replied sir its not that bad, actually we are obliging you as we have no rooms and its the only room we have kept and given you. No room towel was there. On asking toiletries they provided a small lifebuoy handwash small peace of soap. I really was surprised with kind of room offered to me by make my trip. I am sorry to say that i have lost faith on mmt.

Stay was good overall but they need to improvement.
