Great Hospitality, allowed all delivery partners for my medicines and urgent requirements. Located in the centre of Indirapuram and you can reach anywhere from here. Staff are kind and helpful and present for you 24x7 Would recommend 10/10

THE WORST EVER STAY IN MY LIFETIME
Terrible property, no staff cooperation, dirty mattress and bed sheets, no breakfast before 11 am , not even cup of tea available before 10 am, and after all this they won’t allow outside food. Water leaking from AC , Washroom fitting broken, even for a room of 3 guests 2 pillows provided and when asked for extra not given and lift not working no power backup, and they start quarreling even before the official time of check out. NEVER RECCOMMEND TO STAY

Terrible Stay
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel, which turned out to be a truly unpleasant experience for me and my family. We had booked three Super Deluxe rooms, but what we encountered was far below acceptable standards: Poor Cleanliness: The rooms and bathrooms were dirty and had a foul smell. Basic hygiene was completely ignored. Lack of Basic Amenities: There were no towels or dental kits provided in any of the rooms, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this category. Extremely Poor Service: Despite repeated requests, the staff failed to provide even basic essentials. Misleading Breakfast Inclusion: Although breakfast was included in our booking, we were only served tea and one paratha. When we asked for more, we were told it would cost extra. This experience was pathetic and highly disappointing. I feel misled by the listing on MMT, and I urge you to immediately investigate this matter. Please take serious action against this property and consider delisting this hotel from MakeMyTrip to prevent others from facing the same experience.

Complimentary Welcome Drinks Not Provided
I recently stayed at this and was disappointed to find that the complimentary welcome drinks were not provided upon arrival. According to the hotel's description, guests are supposed to be served soft beverages as a welcome gesture. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my stay. Expectations vs. Reality Given the hotel's promise of complimentary welcome drinks, I was expecting a refreshing drink to be served as soon as I arrived. However, I had to request it specifically, and even then, it took some time to arrive. The lack of initiative from the hotel staff to offer the complimentary drink as promised was noticeable.
