We had booked two rooms. One had a bad smell coming from the washroom and a broken toilet seat. The other had a leaking wash basin in the room that made the doormat and nearby areas completely wet. There were cockroaches in the rooms. And both rooms didn't have hot water in the morning even after the staff said it will be available in some time. Food was ok.

Due to continuous rainfall during those days, our solar water heating system took extra time to supply hot water in the morning, as it depends on sunlight. We regret that this caused you discomfort. Regarding the toilet seat, it was not broken — it’s a Jaguar soft-close model that automatically closes slowly (you can verify this feature online). However, we understand it may have seemed unusual, and we will ensure our staff explains such features more clearly to our guests in the future. We have also taken note of your comments about the washroom smell, the leaking wash basin, and pest control concerns. Our maintenance and housekeeping teams have already been informed and have resolved these issues to prevent recurrence. Poor Stay

The hotel rooms being new were clean but amenities are zero.. no soap no shampoo no comb no brush pest .. the pillow & bedding quality could be better as it looks n feel .. rooms were small .. food was worst tea was also cold n staff was not friendly.. one of the counter staff was rude.. When we reached no one was available at counter.. So not advisable for stay to people..like me a senior ..

Dear Guest, • It was Diwali season with full occupancy for 5 days; our staff was busy cleaning and preparing rooms. • Rooms are among the most spacious in the area; for 2 adults and 1 child, a triple-bed room would have been more suitable. • You requested late checkout — though all rooms were booked, we still gave you extra time and waited for your checkout. • Our amenities are provided on request during peak times; we apologize if anything was missed. • Sorry if our staff seemed rude — that was not intentional and we rejected extra time for checkout because we have other guests for in the lobby for same room thats not being rude we also have to see other guests . • We value your feedback and will work to improve food and service quality. Pleasant experience at Apple hotel, Ajanta

Our stay at Apple hotel was a pleasant experience. Its a new, neat and clean hotel, close to Ajanta caves with a good veg restaurant right below and ample space for parking. The kids play area is a great addition along with courteous staff.

Our stay at Apple hotel was a pleasant experience. Its a new, neat and clean hotel, close to Ajanta caves with a good veg restaurant right below and ample space for parking. The kids play area is a great addition along with courteous staff.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Apple. The staff was extremely courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day. The food was fresh and delicious with a good variety, and the overall hospitality made me feel very welcome. I truly appreciate the effort put into maintaining such high standards of service and comfort. I would definitely recommend Hotel Apple to others and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Very nice, clean and hygienic hotel. Vegetarian hotel very tasty food. For families it's very suitable, spacious, children gardens , car parking and reliable , and the view gallery is super. My family very happy with Apple Hotel.
