Terrible Experience — Too Many Rules and Hidden Charges My stay at Homely was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The place is full of restrictions and unnecessary conditions — you’re constantly told what you can’t do instead of being made to feel welcome. They have charges for almost everything — even cleaning charges of ₹850, which no decent homestay ever asks for. On top of that, you’re only allowed 15 units of electricity per day, and after that, they charge ₹9 per unit! That’s absurd for a so-called “homestay.” To make it worse, you can’t even have friends over for more than 20 minutes unless you pay . The whole place runs on penalties and rules, not hospitality. Overall, it felt commercial, unfriendly, and money-minded. Absolutely not recommended — avoid if you value comfort, freedom, or basic courtesy.

Excellent property near to vaishali metro, property is new and well maintained by team homlee. All the amenities provided are top notch. Definitely recommended, will visit again. Thank you team homlee.
