I have visited this property & guys please avoid booking deecan valley apartment, this doesn’t even worth 600 rs per night. I was in unit 312 owned by mr anil. Please note - all the stuff like utensils, linen, pillows, everything is like being bought from scrap during 7 days stay, house was cleaned just one day, one can clearly see it’s very old property & foresure not fit for family & good people, flat-needs serious renovation, furniture is broken, weird noises from the bed, any one will rang the bell of your apartment. Caretaker bbalram mostly remains high with some stuff. Owner mr anil has his own attitude, & on complaining he was like i don’t care, my apartment is the best. Dude you need some reality check. So all people with family & of some class stay away from this s* hole, during check out he was not bothered to reply, he charged 600 rs for cleaning, which was totally missing.

Avoid this place at any cost. The stay here was the worst experience of my life. My friend and i showed up there late at night at around 10-11 pm after a very long journey after a trek. But we could not find the apartment, the location which is given is wrong; the apartment is even further inside the deccan society, and you need to walk on a steep hill with your baggage and not just that even the building name is wrong too. Could not even reach him somehow got the host number, and when i called him, i asked him if he can show us the rooms as there was no one to receive us, just him on the call but he said first send the rest of the money and the aadhar card. And when i asked him again, he got very rude in his tone. Already i was having trust issues with this place but the host was not willing to cater for us. He was extremely rude, and finally, when we entered the apartment. It was not hygienic at all. There was hair on the bed, holes on the bedsheet, the bedsheet was not cleaned, and the kitchen was also dirty. The next day we woke up a bit late as we were really tired. We woke up at around 9:00and the check-out time was at around 10 am. Since there was an electricity cut we were waiting to take a shower once it comes back since we need hot water i asked him if we can leave at 10:15 am as we need to take a shower and i asked him when can i expect the electricity to come back and if he has any idea. He again got snarky and very rude. My friend and i had a heated argument with him and then, since he was not willing to hear us we had to leave without taking the shower. It was not our fault that the electricity got cut. The owner is very hostile and extremely rude and doesn't know a single thing about hospitality.

When we entered the deccan residency there was no staff to help us reaching third floor. The guard was totally terrible he was not ready to show us direction for the flat. The lift was not working. We chose this stay because of kids and the experience was terrible and pathetic. They after going in flat the cylinder was almost empty and only after making tea and boiling milk it got finished. So in a nutshell it was a very wahiyat stay.

Will come back again. Thanks for hosting us

hygeine was missing, rupee taken but cleaning was not done daily, water ro was not working. overall okay for rs per night but not worth above this.

Decent stay located in tapovan

Stay was fine, good for family stay, power backup is not there if power goes wifi also stops working, parking inside property not allowed, have to park car outside property, otherwise it's ok

Affordable, clean. Caretaker and host made sure we have smooth check in. Renovated painted apartment. Nicely maintained. We find it economic. Will stay again if visit rishikesh.

Extra money was demanded for room cleaning, ac was not working for whole night, kitchen was not lean along with bed sheet and towels, the only thing good was location of property and the caretakers.

I booked this place because i had no option the price was way to high with 500rs cleaning fees extra. At first we were unable to find place then when we reached there, there was no parking and they had us park outside. Then when we reached the room it was not clean, i mean the bathroom still has leftover dustbin, the beds were smelly and dust was coming out. My friend had dust allergy so he was not able to sleep the whole night due to bed dust. The owner was very rude. Let me tell you we were driving the whole time like 8hrs straight, then we came to rest and went asleep. This owner called at 12:30 am at night multiple times and said send me my 500rs for cleaning. I said i will send you in the morning, he rudely refused and said you are inside the house and telling me that you will pay later, i should've never let you in, even though i paid 5k as booking amount. Give me my money right away. Please don't go for this place even if you don't have any option. The owner is very rude and speaks in a bad manner.

Good apartment for family. Group of 4
