We had a great experience at this homely stay it’s the best stay if you want to connect with nature food is so good they provide their own harvested vegetables and the view is the main positive factor of this property

The rooms at ganga resort are well maintained, spacious and comfortable. Geyser is available, food was good and the owner was very helpful. Had an excellent stay.

We stayed here on route to hemkund sahib and thoroughly enjoyed the warmth, hospitality and beautiful property. Sharma ji greeted us like we were his own family and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms are clean, the food tasted like home, and the location is excellent. Highly recommend!

Super hygienic and beautiful property located right at govind ghat near the poolna pick up point. Great hospitality by arvind ji as always. Food is the best one can have, all home grown veggies. My second stay here and looking forward to many more

The property is situated 50m from the bridge at govind ghat from where th trek to valley of flowers and hemkunt sahib starts. Arvind sharma ji and his family grow their own veggies and greens organically and the food serving and taste is like your own home because that's how they make it. Sharma ji and his family are very welcoming and accommodate the requests whichever is possible regarding food and accommodation. The rooms overlook alaknanda river so you can have a sip of tea with the river in front of you the rooms and bathrooms are clean and spacious

A wonderful experience at the property, with a warm welcome from the host mr. Arvind. The property is very clean and offers a complete comfort stay with a variety of available rooms. We were booked in a family room, the room was clean the bedding and linens were spotless. The washroom was hygienic and offered running hot water at all times. The best part of the stay is the food which one gets, the taste and feel is homemade. The food made and served is with love and it does reflect on the plate. Anyone who is staying they need not have to worry about drinking water the property has good ro filtered water at room temperature or hot depending on the customers need. A must recommend property for people who are visiting govind ghat for further hike to ghangaria and then to shri hemkund sahib ji.

Writing on behalf of my family, the stay was amazing- very neatly kept rooms & corridors, and great view. Best place to stay if you plan to queue up for badrinath the next morning. The owners provided homely food and were very amiable.

This was my first time visit to Govindghar as I was on my first trek (valley of flowers) and the stay at Ganga Resort made it all the more beautiful especially Arvind ji, the caretaker, he made us feel completely at all levels and served us with the best of experience in terms of hospitality. Do not stay anywhere else this place is a perfect combination of heart warming hospitality, amazing home-cooked food & a perfect location.

We had best experience of stay, food & hospitality, check in experience was awesome then when we went to room it was neat & clean what a view from room then we had food was better then our home apart from menu we got food as per our choice we checked in at night 11:45 & this was the experience. Entire staff yes sir

We chose this hotel as it was nearest to badrinath - just 50 min drive. The owner mr. Sharma is a gem of a person, would take utmost care of the guest. We had our car break down 8 km before reaching the hotel, his help is praiseworthy, he accompanied me to find a mechanic for repair work. The home made food was mouthwatering, there is a gurudwara nearby - a must visit. And the sound of the river was music to ears. Overall great experience
