Review Of G & G PALACE

Location was ok, no food in hotel u have to order from outside some menu of different restaurants was provided but nobody deliveredin hotel at last i ordered from zomato, no other amenities. No dustbin.

property was inside a garage like structure. Reception was a shabby dark unkempt hole in the wall with just a rickety chair and no one present after a while a person ushered me into a terrible looking room with a dirty washroom. Linen were coal dark dirty. they offered to change the bedsheet. on insistence, they agreed to change pillow covers . the pillows were filthy and worn out. The dirty while quilt remained the same. Denied towel and soap. Demanded payment despite having paid online. when I showed the online receipt, said this is not the hotel you booked. go elsewhere. After I contacted make my trip, they got a phone call from someone and agreed to let me stay and produced a water bottle. I ended up booking another hotel and shifting there. This was a horrible experience. The shabby thing should not be in MakeMyTrip and I should be given a complete refund.

Hotel is on road, easy to find. Amit ji was very welcoming. Room was good and clean. Will book for next time as well.

all good rooms are clean....staff is helpful.overall it is a good place to stay if u want a hotel in lesser crowd area
