It’s a terrible experience cu z where we booked they don’t allow us to check in and transfer our booking to the lower class hotel. Depressed with your services.

I come from hyderabad and i was interesting to stay more days for greater noida but unfortunately i disappointed for staying friends-zone because washroom not clean, bad pillow maintenance is poor

Poor Stay

Very basic stay was selected by me considering the location was nearby the place i had to visit. But it was much worse than that. - denied check in at 2 pm where as they have mentioned it 12 pm. - room was booked for 3 people and the caretaker had told us to give a bigger room but he did not provide it saying the owner gave it to someone else. - even basic services were not provided until i had to argue with the caretaker.

Poor Stay

I was not properly guided to reach properly. I suffered a lot to catch metro. I was asked to come to botanical garden. I got down. Then i came to it's too far. Again i catch-ed two more metro to reach. They are not able provide even tea. It's more than 15 mins since i checked in. Artificial intelligence. Rob o is answering?

Jagan sir hamre guest house me kitchen open nahi h ye hamne pahle hi bola hiya tha but aapno order kaya ya staff ko bola, aap ke hisab se room diya gaya tha jaha tak hame yd h aapke sath to pura staff cool tha ham aapke review thanks kahenge
