FabHotel Hari Kunj 900 m from Kashi Vishwanath Temple

No lift for hotel located in 1st floor and aged parents not able yo climb steps to room and no proper response from hotel reception and rooms also dirty, we booked for 2 days we have no option and time we forced to stay for 1day, and vacated room after 1day. No proper response for refund of our 2 room chatges for one day booking. Still i am trying to call customer service and recorded message says no refund apppicable for my booking. I want proper response for unused booking payment psid in advance to you. Waiting for your reply

Situated on crowded street, but had neat room, was travel-ling alone so satisfied

Property is very clean, well arranged bedding, lighting and air conditioners all well. Supportive staff - management is deciding to get customer lift arrangement will be done shortly. Food is arranged on order from hotel near by.

Very poor management for cleanliness. Fans and ac were not working properly. Staircase are only there instead of lifts so senior citizen are not comfortable for the same so overall experience is really very bad
