Pls check the booked hotel and the room given for me for your better understanding. I found these issues while onboarding.
1. Same hotel room not available, spoke with hotel team they are telling to talk , they don't have any solution, if don't want room then leave.
2. AC was not working initially
3. Room amenities like , soap towel, hot water, laundry, drinking water etc not given initially after several reminders
4. TV remote was broken
5. Toilet was broken and dirty
6. Door lock damaged
7. Breakfast additional payment done but initially they will not given the breakfast, they not i am not paid. After multiple reminders breakfast given that also not from a standard restaurant and given time is 11 :15 am
Totally I faced a bad experience with this hotel, I paid for the room booking. for this and need the explanations
