Got check-in without much hassle. Food was okay. The property felt safe and well-maintained. Beds were really comfortable and cozy. Lift and other amenities were well maintained.

It is terrible exp,worst exp from make my trip so far.washroom light was not working,one room they don't have the TV.beds are not clean, no water bottle.i never saw this kind of horrible hotel through out my life.Don't choose this hotel in any condition

the property doesn't even accept online bookings done through make my trip. got stranded in an unknown location for 45 mins and got arranged a new hotel which is 3 kms away only after talking to multiple customer care executives. Worst experience.

Excellent Stay
Clean and peaceful property. The check-in was quick, and staff explained all facilities well. Breakfast had both north and south Indian items. Comfortable and memorable stay.

Staff surprised us with a complimentary glass of bubbly. Room was clean, well-lit. Location is superb just steps from the waterfront. Highly recommend for a romantic break.

Terrible Stay
Stay was bad, room condition was not up to mark, proper cleaning was not there. By the time we checked in power cut is there, because of that we have to wait 30 minutes to resume power to run ac proper towels and drinking water was not made available. We have to request everything through reception

Ac is not working properly. Wifi very slow. Room is not clean. Bedsheets not hygeine. Morning till 8 lift not working.
