It's sad to see a very low maintenance on such a lovely house. The overall cleanliness was also very bad. There were a lot of Dirt on the curtains and the fans.

I had a wonderful stay at Exotic Villa Homestay. The hosts were extremely warm and welcoming, making me feel like part of the family. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is peaceful, yet close enough to nearby attractions. I would highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a cozy and authentic experience.

Everyone is fine even the host are very friendly but price is too much according to room. not recommended for hot seasons.

Decent stay for the price. Good location, close to the main road. The room and washroom were clean, but bedsheets could've been better. No freshener in the bathroom. The exhaust fan and AC remote didn't work well. But a decent place to stay for a night or two. Will recommend.

The place is safe and ambience is good. Bathroom was clean. But due to shortage of water once i face problems in getting ready on time. Bedrooms are clean but the balcony was very dusty and needs a thorough dusting. Over all experience is good

The property is decent. But location is quite off. But the caretaker is very polite and helpful. Overall the experience was decent.

Rooms were spacious and food was served and it tasted good. Caretakers were well mannered. However, they took too much time to prepare food. Overall, the stay was good.

The rooms are a bit unclean honestly and the washrooms are extremely dirty. Though the hotel was budget friendly cleanliness shouldn't be compromised on. The staff behaviour was extremely good they were friendly and they made us really tasty food. I swear only if they work on the cleaning part nicely this homestay would be a 10/10. But for now unfortunately it's only a 4/10 coz hygiene and clean washrooms are most important.

They provide a room with no key. On asking for another room, they asked me to upgrade and pay extra for it. We had to leave 1 day early due to this.

Room is very hot. Dreadful very very old furnishings mattress terrible towels/ bedding seen much better days and why the rusty dirty bins. It did make it smell,

It was a comfortable stay. The services were good. I like how the staff behaved and tried to help in every possible way. The food was good, not too spicy, it was like nice & tastey homemade food that did not upset the stomach.
