    Way war about 2.5 km from har ke podi. Entrance is terrible. Its tiny lane where you have to walk down for the entrance. Smelly room ...no balcony

    the room has serious hygiene issues – there’s a mould-like smell and while the sheets are clean, the mattress stinks. the overall room quality feels very poor.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience and disappointment you faced during your visit. But You had booked our Superior Room, which is without a view. However, since you preferred the room near Ganga Ghat, we gave you a complimentary upgrade to that room. At the time of check-in, I had informed you that this particular room may not be the best option for you and assured you that we could provide another room in the same upgraded category. But you chose to stay there, saying you would adjust, and we did not receive any complaint from you throughout the day. Otherwise, we would have changed your room immediately. Your booking was for 2 nights, but on the second day you informed us that you wished to check out due to an issue with the room. Even then, we offered you our Suite Room with fresh linen, but you declined. You requested a refund, which was outside our cancellation policy.     I would like to share my recent experience with your hotel. Unfortunately, it was not up to my expectations for several reasons: - The room was very small, especially considering the charges paid. - The quality of room service was disappointing. - I had booked a river-view room, but I was informed upon arrival that  the room I was booked is not  river-view room , which was quite disappointing. - Before checking out, I requested two paid water bottles. Despite informing the reception at checkout, I did not receive the water, nor was there any follow-up from your staff. Overall, my experience was quite poor, and I hope you will take this feedback seriously to improve your services. Thank you.

    Hotel closest to Maa Ganga ji

    Property is good closest to Maa Gangaji. Hotel staff also good but some important things need to follow like check in & check out time has to have minimum. In bathroom hot water is not came. Twice we informed the staff but unable to get.
