I would like to share my recent experience with your hotel. Unfortunately, it was not up to my expectations for several reasons:
- The room was very small, especially considering the charges paid.
- The quality of room service was disappointing.
- I had booked a river-view room, but I was informed upon arrival that the room I was booked is not river-view room
, which was quite disappointing.
- Before checking out, I requested two paid water bottles. Despite informing the reception at checkout, I did not receive the water, nor was there any follow-up from your staff.
Overall, my experience was quite poor, and I hope you will take this feedback seriously to improve your services.
