Poor Stay
The property was poorly maintained. The ceiling walls looked damaged. The AC wasn't working properly. The room was stinking. Main utensils like bowls, spoons were not provided. Lights in the bathroom was dim. And the most problematic concern was the Wif Fi was not working smooth. We were facing internet disconnections every now and then. Our office meetings on Monday were interrupted frequently. Overall a very poor experience it was.

Our housekeeping team provided daily service, and our staff promptly assisted whenever you made a request. Had you informed us about any discomfort earlier, we would have immediately arranged a room change or taken corrective action on the spot.
