The hotel is not at all worthy for the price. Hotel service is very bad, room service is very bad for every thing you have to call 4-5 time. Room condition is also not good. overly priced. They provide no water bottles no door mat no glasses in the room.

Hotel staff is undeducated, they don't have any services working food was not on time they have scanner to order a food in the room when we order they said you have to call worst experience ac was not working access card was not working hygiene is not there but name is comfort inn but it was a total discomfort for us.

Property Is Good 👍 Food Is Awesome 👍.. Facilities are Ok.. Location Is Good 👍. The staff is supportive.. The property is in the center of the City. Rooms of the property are Budget Friendly. This can be taken into consideration for the next stay as well.

The location is fine...but the service is pathetic, I asked them for slippers but they weren't provided, tv was not working.

The shower handle was broken. The rooms were smelly, the corridor smelled like rotten meat. No windows that could open, exhaust wasn’t working. Staff were polite and very nice and helpful. Overall the stay experience was horrible, but the people were nice.

We stayed at this hotel for one night, and the experience was very disappointing. The service was poor, and the AC did not work at all. The worst part was the breakfast—cockroaches were roaming around, even on the food. Hygiene was completely missing; the plates were dirty and the food quality was terrible. The hotel staff was extremely rude and even made false promises about a late checkout. The owner was present too, but he also refused to help. I strongly recommend not staying at Hotel Comfort Inn Sapphire, Jaipur. MMT should consider blacklisting this hotel.

You may keep your money with you. I already informed you many times and do not want to waste my onwards. Thanks hope you understand

Property location is good, facilities were inadequate i have to ask for basic water bottles, soap and shampoo. When i checked in the toilets were not cleaned properly. Overall it was an average stay.

Location is good but the maintenance of property is very poor ,food service is not available all the time overall very poor

It was a average experience, there were some pros and many cons. The moment we arrive, noone took our luggage to our room, we had to lift it...which was alright, but the property was nice and clean and I loved the room. However, there were no extra toilet rolls tea bags, we have to leave and we had to call 4-5 times for iron and dryer....there were less staff which was creating this....we have to ask for everything many times...no one was picking at the call at reception, then we were leavibg with all the luggage again so I had to ask at the reception for help, as we shopped and had more luggage this time.
