5 genuine Issues which I faced

I booked hotel room from MakeMyTrip & Hotel manager deny for Check in due lower cost booking, Hotel owner or manager accepts the booking & check in time they create issue & they don't allow for check in due to lower cost booking. I paid extra charges to hotel manager after online paid booking otherwise they don't allow Check in it was very redicoulse thing. Second issue they didn't provide a water bottle as complementary in the room as per hotel guidelines. Third issue is they didn't raise the hotel room bill infact I paid extra charges with GST. Forth issue is they didn't change the bed sheet & pillow covers. Fifth issue is behavior wasn't good of all staff members.
