The hotel is located at a very good place but the maintenance was pretty bad. The rooms were very dirty, the linen were not washed. I dont know y the process of the property is so high. The staffs were less responsive. I wont suggest anyone for any family or business trip.

Very nice quite place in a residential area and good for family. The most important thing is the place is quite and away from street sounds and jam.

No proper cleaning, no any market near hotel, blanket is very dirty, no food facility available, AC is not proper working, bathroom is dirty.

It was the worst experience. Very dirty hotel. Everyone was smoking weed here and there. It was a horrible experience.

Very good location in Salt Lake, rooms are nice, and staff's are friendly. Only the bed cover and pillow covers ware not up-to the mark how ever they have changed on request.

Very poor experience while stay.

Big room size but services is not good clean area but food very bad and management is very poor.

We checked in late night. There was no room service available before 8 am in the morning. The room was not properly cleaned especially the bathroom. Cloth hangers were broken. There was no water in the room. We asked for additional pillows and blanket which were never provided to us. There were no provisions like soap, etc in the bathroom. The towel provided to us were not clean so we had to use our washed clothes as towel since no one answered our call for fresh towels. All in all very bad experience. Not a recommended place for families or travelers used to decent accommodation.

Nice guest house, save money.

Guest house staff was nice and felt welcomed. The room was neat & clean. The response was very good from the staff. I liked their readiness to help above & beyond. Made our stay felt like own home. I would recommend this guest house to all. Very good for family stay !!

Clean and well maintained room. Nice breakfast. Friendly hotel staff. Location is an added advantage. Spacious bathroom. Good for all types of travel from business to single. No lift. Have to use staircases which is okay.

Room was extremely dirty with probably used bed sheets. There were no handwash or soap in the toilet. Breakfast was served after an hour after ordering. Although we kept telling them several times over the phone and in person, it still took an hour. To make it worse, we were startled to see that the breakfast contained only 2 slices of rock-solid bread and ice-cold tea.
