This was my 5th time visit to this hotel, comparatively this time stay was not satisfactory, management is changed this time and they need to learn how to fulfill guest s needs, we have paid money for 3 members to stay n for food, but they provided bathroom items like soap shampoo for only 1 person, towels were not clean, intercom phone was not working, overall stay was better before but this time it was not good, not satisfactory
