Review Of A STAR HOTEL

I was not provided service as the blanket was missing.

The hotel is located in prime location and the easily accessible from bus stand and railway station , food is good, and the amenities is very good , the most good thing is the bathroom of the room which is very big and have a good lighting mirror and geyser also works , staff is good , they provide early checking and early departure also without any charges , i have book this hotel in mmt in a discounted price , the staff is very co- perative , overall the experience is nice but they need to improve in bed matress and blankets , the blankets are is colourful and hence i think they don’t clean in regular check outs , our blanket is fouly smelled but as the staff is very good they replace with the new one .

Good hotel staff was corporative owner was poliite , hotel is on good location situated in prime location around 800 mtrs from railway station .

There lift was not working at all and service level was also poor. Need to call twice to get any work done at hotel. Washroom was not clean properly and specially bed cover mat was very spongy that body was just touching spring of the base frame of bed

I had a good experience with makemytrip you will have a similar experience in the future too if you get a cheaper and more rewarding experience.

hotel room service is very bad. lift is not working properly ,morning breakfast is serve very late and bed sheet is not clean properly by staff , not parking we park our car 🚘 on roadside . hot water supply is not proper in the morning.
