Place is calm. It's situated on the main road towards the temple and easy to locate. Service was good. But rooms appear e little smaller compared to the photos posted on MMT. Overall good experience.
Place is worth going but

It's a nice place but not the stay. Staff is very rude. Do not expect hot water for Bath. Overall a bad experience with the staff.
BR hills as a place is very nice to visit. It is a total refresher. Request MMT to add more hotels as Rajathadri was disappointing.

Though the staff is good and cooperative but you do not have any choice in food. There are no restaurants in BR Hills and so food becomes a bottle neck. 1 night stay is good nothing more to do unless you are a nature lover and would like to wander in the woods.
Best budget hotel in BR hills

Good job by the caretaker (Mr. Naveen). Food provided are homely and tasty... Vegetarian is only available, pre booking is must for Non-veg. Rooms are neat and clean, can't expect more for this tariff. Guide available for trekking and safari trips.
Trekking - 6am onwards.
Safari - 3pm to 6pm.
Apart from trekking, Sunrise and Sunset are very pleasant to see in view point behind Biligiri Ranganathar temple... It's just a walkable distance from resort.
Overall experience is good.
We went with family and a small child. We were to walk a little to the hotel in the midst of cardamom estate. Hotel was very good in ambience and stayed happily. I was getting hot milk to baby when wanted. There was boys shortage but the boy serving was nice and very useful.
Overall, a good hotel

This is a great hotel at BR Hills, situated on the road just 200 m before the bus stop. You can easily spot the place as there is a Cafe Coffee day just beside the gate. They have 6 rooms, 2 of them triple bed on first floor and 4 double beds on ground floor. Food is included in the tariff which is around 1.5K per person per day. They also provide a complimentary nature walk, temple visit and bonfire on the day of arrival.
Mr. Ramesh the owner is a very friendly person and whenever I spoke to him he was always happy in clearing my doubts. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.
Rooms are very clean, well kept. Bathrooms are clean as well with geysers.
Food is home cooked south indian veg but very tasty.
This time we were not very lucky to sight animals as its winter and the bushes are big, very hard to spot.
Will definitely revisit the place in summer.
Not worth it !!

Thought BR hills would be a place to explore but there is nothing much here. There are very few places to stay which is over expensive. This place provides you food which is not worth it, they charged us 1750 per person which I felt was just for night stay. BR Hills is a one day place where you can go, visit n come back. Nothing much special.
A good accommodation nearby

Big rooms with good views and bit over priced. Camp-fire and food available though not great. Courteous staff and close to the KGudi forest. Has lot of birding options and one with heart to enjoy the nature would be more comfortable here.
