    I had a very bad experience, as I entered the hotel there was no valet parking, the man in the reception was very foolish, he told us to wait for room, and he provided no service and he asked us as in ordering way to take our luggage out of the car, there was no one to help us with that, then I scolded him about this and asked him to behave. The rooms were horrible, there was no hot water in the bathroom no cleanliness, we asked for hot water so the housekeeper was like it will come in few minutes but no hot water came, the reception didn’t pick up the phones. Even the AC was not working properly it sounded like a cooler. We had a very bad experience.

    This hotel has no standards of quality in room cleanliness or guest services. I would suggest never book in this hotel. They have named suites to all their rooms, but it is not better than a one star hotel room. Staff dress and behaviour is very unethical.

    My overall, observation is that they can be just club operator and not a good hotelier with such a high rack rates in breakfast they just provide 1 cereal, uncooked or over cooked paratha, cold puri and cold subji. For non veg eater confused way of making omelets. Non trained unprofessional staff - They are made look professional by wearing uniform. My bad experience happened when I switched on the AC. It was making some non rhythmic loud music. So, I had to ask for change of room. They did this politely. Thanks! Hotel does have good swimming pool, but not maintained. Snooker table, badminton court. But these facilities doesn't add value for business traveller. Moreover, hotel offering their ground for marriages and other celebration. I was forced victim of being part of their noisy celebration. I had to fight for complimentary drop for Airport. They said we have only one car and that is already booked for another guest. They having one car is guest's problem? Can I say I don't have money to pay your bill.

    The hotel is very excellent and the most important is it very near to Yeshwantpur railway station (just 2 min. walking distance) and the staff and management are very cordial and well behaved and it also have a restaurant which is again very cheap. But the complementary wi-fi was not available. Overall its a excellent hotel to stay and suits my pocket off course.
