Snuggled in the lap of nature, Quality Inn Himdev is built to offer a cosy accommodation facility to discerning travellers.     Need maintenance, I booked a double bed room through make my trip, room was small, small bathroom without any ventilation with faulty shower and toilet sheet. Chairs was so old, door mat was so dirty . Look wise great, Bed was nice, parking and lift facility was good. Was at good location.

    No hot water after 0900 pm and WiFi doesn't work. No one at the reception and no customer service ... Will not recommend to anyone in future. I suggest you to also that do not use this hotel in future ...

    Please avoid booking this hotel as much as you can. No cleanliness, No facilities and they claim to be a 3 star rated hotel. Hotel is 5 kms away from city so not for those travelling by bus or train. Avoid

    Hotel Location was too far from ISBT. Transportation was big problem. City buses were overcrowded and cabs/taxies were overcharging. The hotel administration didn't show any interest in providing cabs or taxies.

    This hotel is not worth staying. Rooms are not cleanly maintained. There is no proper lighting inside the rooms. Room was cleaned after our check in. Hot water facility is limited for only 3 hours in the morning ang evening. Food quality is not good. Overall it was a bad experience staying in this hotel. I would suggest that this hotel be removed from your booking list. Thumbs down for this hotel
