No room service, No WiFi, Staff non co-operative. Very Bad Experience. Breakfast no choice. Free Wi-Fi access is available but the speed is not good as you want means you can surf fast but download speed is not up to the mark. The property provides free parking. The rooms are not like as the 2 star or 3 star. Yes, It will give you the ordinary look. No decoration, no quality furniture. Nothing. Just a bed, TV and AC. So simple as that. They also have a inbuilt kitchen in the Hotel so if you feel hungry just go Royal Punjab restaurant. The property is 4 km from Katraj Snake Park and 11. 5 km from Shaniwar Wada. The Swargate Pune Bus Station is 10 km while Pune Railway Station is 13 km. The Pune International Airport is 21 km. Rooms here will provide you with a TV and satellite channels, you will not able to watch all the channels as they have not subscribed all the packages. There is also a refrigerator in some rooms. Extras include a desk and a fan. At Hotel HMR Royal, other facilities offered include a laundry. Room service is available only for limited hours. There is nothing more to tell about this Hotel. I suggest you, if they are offering a AC room for Rs. 2517 and more then I request you to please don't take this Hotel until unless you don't have work near that hotel. If you want to visit Bharti Vidyapeeth University or Rajiv Gandhi Zoological park, then go for this Hotel. Otherwise no need there are many Hotels at a too cheaper cost with best quality rooms and service.

Caved & his team were excellent, prompt service, helpful staff made our stay more enjoyable, spacious room & toilet will definitely stay again, hope they could serve non veg food then would have been a complete package

No electricity, no water, very dirty place. Bed sheets : not washed after first use. Extra bill if you sneeze or cough. TOTAL AND COMPLETE AVOID. ITS HELL OUT There. IF ANY ONE GOES THERE AND Come BACK ALIVE I WILL PAY THEM 1 cr. Cash. No questions asked. Complete hell and nastiest place in whole world. My stay was for 2 days. I left on the first day itself. MMT KEEP FOOLING People. ONE DAY YOU GOING TO PAY FOR IT.

Not as expected ... Location was poor ans far away from business destination ... No tv in room and not proper facility of drinking water. Bathroom was also not up to value for money ... Only the food was good ...

Good service apartment located in NIBM. Large rooms with basic amenities like fridge water purifiers and AC. Value for money good for long stay. Close to market malls and restaurants. Little difficult to find the place if you are new to Pune

The check-in to checkout process was smooth without any delays or hassles. When we arrived they gave gift to kids which excited the kids from day 1. The restaurants were excellent from breakfast to dinner and served customised dishes for kids. They have large play area for kids and nice swimming pool. Their property is vast and have a beautiful area.

Good Rooms, 6 Bunk Beds in one room, dormitory. Cleanliness is good, hot water for Bath and filtered drinking water provided. Location great, beside Pune Satara road near gultekdi, market yard road, utsav chauka, next to woodland showroom
