I previously stayed in this hotel time It was good but this I changed two rooms in all rooms there has seepage and smell in the room . The head shower was leaking. Bath towels were not placed before check in .we have to call for this. No toilet tissue roll in the washroom room for that also we have to call.rest staff was good .

I just had an amazing stay at this hotel and can't recommend it enough. The staff was incredibly kind and went out of their way to make me feel welcome, especially at check-in. My room was spotless and had a beautiful view, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. The hotel's amenities were fantastic. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool and the delicious food at the on-site restaurant. Everything about my experience felt luxurious and well-cared for. If you're looking for a place that offers great comfort, superb service, and a relaxing atmosphere, this is it. I'm already planning my next trip back!

Suite Room is very neatly maintained. Hygiene and Spacious rooms . Hotel location and surroundings are poor . Narrow roads to the location

The stay was comfortable and the room was excellent – very spacious with a cozy bed, sofa, small dining table, huge TV, and a functional kitchen with a large fridge and microwave. I had a room with a balcony, which made the stay even more enjoyable. A big plus was the self-washing area on the 6th floor with washers and dryers – very convenient and amazing to have, though don’t forget to bring your own washing liquid and softeners. However, the hotel needs to work on providing basic essentials like utensils, cups, or a kettle to use with the induction and microwave, instead of making guests request them separately. Toiletries were also incomplete, which could have been avoided with better preparation. The gym was disappointing, with the AC not working and limited equipment, so not worth using . Overall, a good stay for the room comfort and laundry facilities, but service and other amenities definitely need improvement.

a worst place to stay... no proper shower.. no proper srrvice... you cant even have bath in such shower..

The size of the room is good. It has a decent size washroom with an exhaust fan. The Kartar wo decently well. It has good ventilation in the room, a small balcony, smart TV, fridge and an induction stove as well. Parking can be a hassle if you are a beginner .

Property is nice but “ lot of construction and too noisy “ if you want to stay at this property , get used to traffic sound and lot of street dogs In area

Didn’t expect the rooms to be so big, it has fridge, microwave, electric stove. It’s clean and decent for the price.

hotel is inside the main road and as it was raining roads while entering the hotel was full of water.Light was frequently coming and going and no food was available in hotel.While booking I was assured room is with breakfast but no breakfast was served.Very bad experience i had

Stay was good and hygienic but no accessible plug points and absolutely no cutlery, for everything we have to call reception

Room is very good well maintained but clearly mentioned that guaranteed late checkout but staff continuously called and forced to checkout at 11:00 am only please don’t mention guaranteed late checkout

Service is good but the power cut is horrible I have stayed for one night almost 14 times the power cut power happens. Before check-in get the information from hotel management about the power cut issue.

*more space than any other 5 star hotels *inside the room fridge, microwave, VRF unit AC, Big 55 inch tv with Netflix Amazon with a good net connection is simply awesome. *bathroom could have been better. more than a 3 star room
