Townhouse Vinobapuri Metro Station

As per the pictures mentioned on the application, the place was not appropriate. The basic amenities were not provided like water bottle, toothpaste and toothbrush. As we saw the shower tap was not appropriate we went out for our own work then while we were out of the room the hotel staff entered the room without even informing us that they were entering the room when we were not there

Worst hotel I have ever seen in my hotel

The washroom was very dirty and staff behaviour was not good

Initially hotel offered me a room which was not fully clean, had damaged bathroom taps, had spider webs on lights. Once i raised the concern, they offered me a different room which didn’t had a landline, bathtub was not clean. Even i faced a major issue that cleaning staff without knocking opens the door and tried to enter the room.

Air Conditioning was not cooling, Hygiene Level of the room was questionable. Stained and basic amenities were lacking.
