The White Coral

Worst hotel ever. They have photos hoped there hotel on MakeMyTrip. While in reality it's pathetic. Very very far from city. Almost cost 1000 rs to reach from airport. The manager is pathetic. He h v no manners how to talk wide nice one. It was worst experience ever.

Very bad experience. Unprofessional and incriminating staff with no training in hospitality. Stinky rooms. Rooms provided missed basic amenities like tissue paper, toilet rolls etc. Complaints not attended nicely. Electronics like AC's and fan were not operating properly. A lame excuse that fans are only used for drying rooms was giving after a complaint was raised for not working fan. We also faced a safety issue where in the maintenance person left the switch of fan on from which burning smell started coming after it motor got loaded, On complaining he gave very loose reaction.

No vehicle availability from the hotel. No WiFi, most of the time cable TV is not operational, limited food options ( food listed in menu card not available). They charged me different price every time for same food I had to ask every time correction.

White coral is a decent property but its very far from the city. The breakfast has very limited options and the food is over priced. One way trip to city will cost around Rs 400. Rooms have no good view. Its not worth the price. The staff are cordial and nice. WiFi doesn't work at all.

The hotel is a value of the money what you pay. The location is very far away from city [1/2 hour drive ] and that is a major issue. The Service staff was good and food was also very good. But the room and the cleanliness of the rooms was very bad. I had to keep my room open for 1 hour for the bad pungent smell to go away and then it was ok. It is more of a lodge and there is no wifi anywhere in the hotel. The location is such that there is no shops around 1/2 km either way of the hotel. The price is cheap and that is what we got at that price.
