Property location is very poor no approach road no reception no parking facility Further I paid in advance for booking but the hotel person is confused and asking for payment. I need to convince him a lot that payment is being done already

Hi kiran this is property manager raj The day u booked was at in heavy tourism dates and rushy weather tho u didn’t provide any check in time we coudint provide parking cause previous guests has been occupied also u r payment was delayed to us and showed to collect at property so its completely not our fault there is ntg we can. Do about it aside this think it seems u have ntg to do about property for giving2 star anyway have a nice and safe journey 😊 and visit again
