The room was clean, well-maintained, and had sufficient space for a comfortable stay. However, the pricing seemed slightly high compared to the overall service provided. Basic amenities such as a dental kit and an electric kettle were not available in the room, which would have added to the guests’ convenience. Additionally, the breakfast provided was not up to the expected standard and could be improved in terms of variety

Property is in a prime location with in munnar town with ease of access to all facilities.

!!!Worst Experience!Very worst experience at this hotel. Its not even worth for a single star rating. They don't even provide basic toiletries like bresh, tooth paste etc. We had to have this later they provided the same. Also they have lot of language understanding issue and they don't have a basic courtesy of handling the customers. Their staffs are VERY RUDE and when we complained about the same to their reception, they did not consider it and and all and were more lethargic. Infront of us, another customer was asking why they were not provided with toiletries l, the receptionist Mani said it is not applicable for them. Really it was very strange to hear this kind of answer from the hotel staff. I would strongly recommend to stay away from this hotel.

Nearest to the KSRTC bus stand and the room was clean. Provided hot water 24/7. Good restaurants in walkable distance.

Grom outside it seems like castle. From inside it's old. the rooms and washroom are not clean. The breakfast was cold. Not good view from room. But it is located on convenient location.

location is good 800mts from the town market ,food was good but no spoons .Ameneties were good with big room size , services were OK.
